ACHIEVING YOUR GOALS IN LIFE.

In life, we are face with so many challenges.and one of the basic or tought challenge we are being face with is achieving of goals in life.Goals can also be called dreams or visions.and every human being right from a tender age, have a dream or goals he/she would like to achieve in life.Life is a journeywith many turns and corners.and we all should be aware that our decision leads us to the right path, in life to achieve our dreams.

HOW TO KNOW IF U ARE ON THE RIGHT  PATH TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS OR DRAMS IN LIFE
u know yourself more than everyother person knows u,and that is a thing u should keep at the back of your mind.u can examine, and detect if u are truely heading to the right path of ur dream in life, cos every human, have an in-built guilder, and thats your conscience.the conscience is the number one person that tells u when u deviating  from the right path of life.U can always know if u are still on the right track, to achieve your goals in life. if your conscience is in approval, of the decisions u make in achieveing your goals.
Another way to detect if u are on the right path to your dreams in life is seeing yourself, practising that particular thing u want to be. and deriving total joy from it.some people, haven't take out time to ask theirself what they really want in life and these people, sometimes copy or imitate friends in doing whatever they do in life, without considering if that is their calling in life, or if, they are gifted in such things.such people cant go too far or have success in doing what they are not gifted at.
The midst or group u find yourself in life, also helps you know if u are really heading towards the right path of your dream, or if u are deviating towards another direction in life.we all are familiar, with this saying "birds of same  feather, flock together"and in a real sense, that is true. because the group u walk with also influence u in a big way. for example: what would a medical doctor, be doing in the midst of hooligans.?it is not possible becuase, they dont match, and they dont share same vision in life. so being in the the midst of people that share same vision and goal with u in life, also shows that u are on the right lane.  ALWAYS STAY FOCUS! GOD BLESS U!

WINNERS

Most people, think that winning is only made for a particular people or class. the truth is that we all can be a winner, only if we can obtain the spirit of winning. No one was born with the spirit of winning, but determination  and focus in life, gives u that spirit and more.A winner, is not only someone that wins, but someone that dont stay on the ground  even when he/she falls or fails.Such person, has the  most important thing about winning, and that is the spirit of a winner.
We all can obtain the spirit of a winner, and also be a winner. first of all, we must learn how to think and act like a winner. There are certain ways winner think, and things they do.
              WAYS WINNERS THINK
Winners,  think that nothing is impossible for them to get, or reach: having that positive thought,it builds your mind and makes u want to go for whatever u set your mind on.
Winners think they can do more better than their previous performance.
Winners think losing is not there potion: a winning
spirit,  regets  losing and doubts of winning, because to win, u have to reget being a loser and fear of losing.
Winners think they have what it takes to win.
Winners think losing is not the end of it.
      WHAT WINNERS DO
   Winners believe in theirselves.
Winners dont quit because of fear of failing.
winners dont get tired of trying.
Winners dont remain on the floor even  after falling.
Winners stays determine and focus.
And my own kind of winners and the winners that last, always acknowledge the creator of the universe(GOD).  stay bless winners.!

WHAT DO YOU WORTH??

In our society today,a large number of youth lack self-confidence  and self motivation in life. This leads to lack of morals and mental strength, to move to a greater hight in life.Without self confidence, it is impossible for a person, to put more effort in any task or project. Most people, dont believe they have what it takes to achieve what they want in life, and this set of people, also think they are worthless in life. The  reason for this, can be cause by lack of motivation,or fears from previous performance.
We all need motivation in life, either motivation from other sources like role models(that had already been in or experience our recent situation) bible, blogs, books or even self motivation.A well motivated  person, is like a newly serviced car engine.that is to say, that such person, regains or obtains a new mental strength to put more time and effort in achieving his/her goals in life.
Even when the fears from our previous performance,or fear of trying attacks our hearts, we should not allow such fears or situation to limit our aims in life, or our effort to go further to a greater hight. The road to greatness,  is not and will never be easy, but only the ones that strives hard in life, gets there.Go harder! go further! go great! cos u worth, what u want in life. bless you all.

7000 + Websites Go Offline To Protest Proposed SOPA & PIPA Internet Censorship Bills [Video/Pics]

Via Huffington Post

Thousands of websites, including some of the most popular, are going dark today to protest the Stop Online Piracy Act, a bill which is designed to thwart copyright infringement but that Web experts warn could threaten the functionality of the Internet.

Encyclopedia giant Wikipedia, popular news-sharing site reddit, browser pioneer Mozilla, photo-sharing favorite Twitpic and even ICanHazCheezburger.com are blocking access to content throughout Wednesday, symbolizing what the bill may allow content creators to do to sites they accuse of copyright infringement. Other websites, including Google, are expressing solidarity with the protests by featuring anti-SOPA content on home pages.

The online protests are being joined by a physical demonstration in New York City, where thousands of representatives from the city's tech industry plan to demonstrate outside the offices of Sens. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) and Kristen Gillibrand (D-N.Y.), co-sponsors of the Senate version of SOPA, beginning at 12:30 p.m. As pressure has mounted, both have expressed willingness to compromise.

SOPA would give both the government and major corporations the power to shut down entire websites accused of copyright infringement with neither a trial nor a traditional court hearing. The legislation is aggressively backed by Hollywood movie studios and major record labels, along with several major news providers, including Fox News and NBC-Universal, which have largely shied away from coverage of the bill.

The burst of opposition to SOPA and its Senate companion, Protect IP (or PIPA, for short), has caught many lawmakers, who thought they were endorsing a fairly non-controversial anti-piracy bill with strong corporate support, off guard. Senate co-sponsors of the bill regrouped on Tuesday, huddling in the Capitol with major industry backers of the bill.

In December, HuffPost reported that Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), a Protect IP co-sponsor with deep ties to both Hollywood and the technology industry, thought disputes between two of her most prominent corporate constituencies had been worked out. After that story ran, Feinstein attempted to broker a compromise, calling both tech companies and film studios.

Walt Disney Co. President and CEO Bob Iger declined the invitation on behalf of content providers. "Hollywood did not feel that a meeting with Silicon Valley would be productive at this time," said a spokesperson. The meeting took place with only tech companies present. Feinstein, once a reliable vote for the existing version of Protect IP, is now working hard to amend the bill, according to Senate Democratic aides.

But finding common ground is more difficult in this case than in most intra-corporate squabbles, because the two sides -- or powerful elements within them, at least -- have largely irreconcilable world views. One senior Senate aide said that the technology side consistently refuses to specify precise changes they want to the bill. Indeed, improving the bill would be counterproductive if the ultimate goal is killing it outright -- which it certainly is for many elements of the anti-SOPA coalition.

"That's a high-stakes risk," said the senior aide, "because if they don't have 41 votes, then what?"

By pitting nearly the entire tech industry against corporate Capitol Hill insiders from Hollywood, SOPA has prompted a tremendous wave of lobbying in Washington, accompanied by a flood of campaign contributions ahead of the 2012 elections. More than 1,000 lobbyists are currently registered to juice lawmakers on the bill.

The proposed legislation has startled tech experts and free speech advocates, who warn that the anti-piracy tactics envisioned by the bill would bring about widespread censorship of legitimate content and hamper important cybersecurity measures.

"The solutions are draconian. There’s a bill that would require [Internet service providers] to remove URLs from the Web, which is also known as censorship last time I checked," said Google Executive Chairman Eric Schmidt during a November speech.
The online blackout protests are rankling the Motion Picture Association of America, a lobbying group for the five biggest American film studios, which has lost significant support for its favorite bill in Washington over the past few months. MPAA Chairman Chris Dodd, a former Democratic senator from Connecticut and close friend of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nevada), ripped the blackout in a Tuesday blog post, which tech advocates view as evidence that Hollywood is threatened by the effort.

"Some technology business interests are resorting to stunts that punish their users or turn them into their corporate pawns," wrote Dodd , who represents News Corp., Time-Warner, Sony and Disney. "It is an irresponsible response and a disservice to people who rely on them for information and use their services. It is also an abuse of power given the freedoms these companies enjoy in the marketplace today."

"This is a signal that Hollywood is really rattled by these protests and worried about where this bill is heading," said Josh Levy, Internet campaign director for FreePress.org, a nonprofit media watchdog group.

Common Addresses His Song 'Sweet' & Drake Taking Offense To It On 106 & Park "If You Wanna Get In The Ring, We Just Gotta Get In The Ring" [Video]

Video After The Jump

Drake has taken offense to a song that appears on Common's new album The Dreamer/The Believer. On the track "Sweet" Common addresses rappers who sing too much on their records.

"Some hoes ass niggas, Singing all around me man. La la la, you aint muthaf*cking Frank Sinatra, Uh, lil b*tch, yeah, this the raw right here. Yeah this the raw right here n*gga. Sweet muthafuckas, sweet ass b*tch muthaf*cka."

Drake heard the track and wasn't too happy about it. He told the crowd at Power 106FM’s Cali Christmas that just because he sings doesn't make him soft.

“I will never stop doing this for ya’ll. I don’t give a f*ck if you have something to say to me. Say it to my muthaf*ckin’ face. Just cause I sing don’t make me no b*tch.”

During Common's appearance on 106 & Park yesterday (December 19) he spoke about the song and said if the shoe fits, wear it.

"I'll say this, it's a lot of artists out there that sing. And I don't think there's anything the matter with singing, but I just feel like I wanted to stand up for hip hop to a certain extent and hear cats rhyming and hear some hip hop elements," Common told Rocsi and Terrence J. "So what I really was addressing was all those cats that are out there singing and if certain people feel offended by it then they fit in that category. But I always want them to know that it's just hip hop. And in hip hop you challenge people. What I said in Sweet, [Drake] must have felt like he was one of the people being addressed. So he decided to say what he had to say. I say we can keep it on a hip hop level. I think he's a talented artist. But I'm saying if you wanna get in the ring, we just gotta get in the ring. And I'm talking about on the mic."

Well Damn! Kobe Bryant's Wife Vanessa Files For Divorce. Tired Of The NBA Star Cheating On Her. No Prenup, She'll Get Half Of Everything

Kobe Bryant's beautiful wife, Vanessa Bryant, has filed for divorce citing "irreconcilable differences" according to TMZ.

"She's been dealing with these incidents for a long time and has been a faithful wife, but she's finally had enough," says a source. "This one is the straw that broke the camel's back."

Bryant saved his marriage in 2003 when he was accused of raping a Colorado hotel employee. That case was settled out of court when Bryant reached a financial settlement with the woman. Bryant promptly bought his wife a $4 million dollar ring in an effort to save his marriage. It worked that time, but apparently Vanessa has had enough.

The couple don't have a prenuptial agreement, meaning the the 29-year old Vanessa is about to get half of Bryant's large financial fortune.

Vanessa is being represented by Laura Wasser and attorney Samantha Klein. She is seeking joint custody of the couples two children, 8-year-old Natalia and 5-year-old Giana.

Vanessa is also seeking spousal support which Bryant has already agreed to pay.

According to the report, Bryant desperately wants to save his marriage, but at this point it's not looking good for the Los Angeles Laker.

Vanessa filed her divorce petition on December 1. Kobe signed his response on December 7.

The soon to be ex-couple released a joint statement saying they have privately resolved all issues.
